Our Events
Inside Out Artists’ work is displayed and sold at gallery shows and boutiques attended by thousands of individuals annually. At least a few times per year, we also host Community Art Classes, which are open to the public.
We have found that by creating opportunities for our Members to share their artistic processes and imaginations, exhibitions and community classes are powerful avenues for opening up connections between Members and those in our community who do not have disabilities. This helps reduce stigma and promote inclusion. When people engage with our Artists’ art, they understand their abilities on a deep, visceral level. The community has the opportunity to see the Artists as fully-dimensional people with rich inner lives, imaginations, and skills, rather than just as “disabled.”

L.A. GOAL – 4911 Overland Ave., Culver City, CAIn 1991, we held our very first art show—and sold all 150 pieces! Since then, for over 35 years, L.A. GOAL has proudly hosted an Annual Art Show & Sale to celebrate our Artists’ creativity and provide a space for them to connect directly with the community.
Join us this October for an inspiring day of original artwork, handmade goods, and meaningful conversations. Your support helps empower our Artists and keeps the creative spirit alive at L.A. GOAL.
