Inside Out Productions - Outsider art created by artists with developmental disabilities

Inside Out Productions was opened in 1994 to provide non-traditional creative jobs for adults with developmental disabilities. The challenge in developing a viable business has been finding ways to make these unique personal visions accessible to a mainstream market. Effective cooperation among the artists, and the art professional who guide them emphasizes the unique abilities and strong talents of individuals who also have special needs. Each piece reflects the ensemble. The work of Inside Out Productions artists is included in prominent art collections such as those of Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen, Angela Bassett and Courtney Vance, Doris Roberts, Herb Alpert and Army Archerd.
